About The Author

The sole author, Karina Wilson is a British teacher, writer and story consultant working at the heart of the film industry in Los Angeles. She brings her unique experience and skills to bear on developing scripts with Hollywood screenwriters and producers, and she is the in-house story consultant for a major international distributor. A judge for screenplay competitions, she is also a working writer with several of her own screenplays in development. She is a graduate of Oxford University and the Northern School of Film & TV in the UK and has two MA degrees – in English Language and Literature, and in Fiction Screenwriting. She also has fourteen years’ experience as a teacher, most recently in the UCLA Extension Entertainment Studies department, where she taught classes in her passion, horror films. Karina writes movie reviews for Planet Fury and a column on literary horror at LitReactor.
